Assurance of The Listening God

‘Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.42And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.”(John 11:41-42)

These were the words of our Savior Jesus Christ before raising the dead Lazarus, the brother of Martha and Mary. His words are quite astounding and confident in the midst of a hopeless situation!  In verse 42 He is says, ‘I know You ALWAYS hear Me.’ This shows us the depth of the relationship of Jesus Christ with His Father in heaven.  Although, He did not pray a long prayer before raising him. He said simple words of faith regardless of the hopelessness of the situation.

Whatever your challenges may be, or the crisis you are facing, rest assured that, we have a Heavenly Father who ALWAYS hears and listens to our prayers.  Jesus in His own words assuring us!  This confidence comes out of relationship  This is not a formal religious prayer of Jesus to the Father. 

Let us grow in the Revelation knowledge of God!  We need to build ourselves based on the revelation we receive from the Holy Spirit in our spirit.  The Holy Spirit reveals the Person Jesus to our spirit.  The more we know Him the more confident we become in our prayer life.

What is your need today?  What is the greatest challenge of your life?  Go to God with the assurance that He ALWAYS listening and you are heard ALWAYS. Talk to Him about it! Ask for His guidance.
